About the role
- Direct the global engineering team responsible for new unit and services designs related to generator rotor/field and excitation systems
- Lead strategy, execution, and delivery of generator rotor and excitation technologies across the Thermal Generator portfolio
- Manage a small to medium team of senior professionals as well as others
- Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
- Communicate difficult concepts and may influence others' opinions on particular topics
Requirements
- Significant experience in the Engineering/Technology & Mechanical Component
- Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
