About the role
- leading an engineering team responsible for providing world-class customer issue resolution for Steam Turbine products
- Support of installed base including activities such as customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, Monitoring & Diagnostics
- Maintenance of fleet data, outage management
- Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline
- Serves as best practice/quality resource
- Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.
- Takes new perspective on existing solutions
- Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations
- May lead projects of varying size with moderate risks and resource requirements
Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited university
- 6 years of steam turbine experience
- 3 years of product service experience.
