Provide internal project management support to Senior Project Managers across the NAM GSI Behind the Meter (BTM) portfolio
Support schedule, cost and risk management, internal coordination, and performance tracking across assigned projects
Support Senior PMs in the development and follow-up of project execution plans, project milestones, and action plans
Coordinate internal activities across engineering, factories, sourcing, quality, logistics, and site teams
Track action items, deliverables, and commitments, ensuring timely follow-up and closure
Support preparation and execution of internal project reviews, execution meetings, and readiness reviews
Support identification, documentation, and follow-up of project risks and opportunities
Monitor execution progress against agreed plans and flag deviations early
Support tracking of project budgets, commitments, and actuals in coordination with the Project Controller
Act as a key internal coordination point between project teams and factories
Support consistent application of project management processes, tools, and operating rhythms across assigned projects
Promote disciplined documentation, reporting quality, and data integrity within project teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field from an accredited university or college
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management or execution support roles within power, grid, or EPC environments
Experience supporting projects involving factory-manufactured equipment and cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of project execution processes, schedule, cost and risk management
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills
Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach
Proficiency with Primavera (P6), MS Project, ERP systems, and PMO tools
PMP certification or progress toward certification
