About the role

  • Lead LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commercial processes, tools, and ways of working;
  • Be a leader in Value Stream Mapping and LEAN;
  • Support the modernization of Commercial tools through the build-out of the tools roadmap, guide deployments and integrate AI into Commercial standard work;
  • Lead cross-functional projects and programs that enable commercial and sales operations excellence;
  • Develop clear project charters, timelines, and success metrics; manage stakeholders and drive accountability;
  • Use Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to prioritize and implement improvements;
  • Support and continuously improve core sales operations processes;
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure adoption and sustainment of new processes, tools, and best practices;
  • Support projects that align to Commercial organization priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college;
  • At least 6 years of Commercial and Operational experience;
  • Experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, commercial operations, or related roles, ideally in an industrial, energy, or complex B2B environment;
  • Strong understanding of commercial processes (e.g., ITO, risk assessment, costing, pricing);
  • Experience with LEAN methodologies and structured problem solving;
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, metrics, and KPIs;
  • Demonstrated experience in Tableau development and other data and analytics capabilities an asset;
  • Strong proficiency in Excel mandatory;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset an asset.
