Oversee the successful orchestration and delivery of a complex portfolio of Grid Automation projects
Coordinate with Project Managers in charge of the execution of each individual project
Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project delivery
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the energy or Grid Automation sector
Proven experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects
Experience with protection relays, bay controller units, auxiliary relays, and telecom equipment is highly desirable
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
