About the role

  • Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies
  • Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction
  • Manage and enhance daily operations and reporting processes related to Capex and Opex
  • Consolidate financial data, ensure accurate budget tracking, and provide reports to leadership
  • Evaluate and improve the wing-to-wing process of Sourcing OPEX and CAPEX to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build and maintain a robust daily management system
  • Monitor and validate budget status, spend progress, and forecast consumption
  • Report actual receipt activity
  • Prepare and maintain Capex and Opex pacing, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Evaluate and improve current processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields
  • 3-5 years of strong data consolidation and financial analysis skills
  • Lean skills to support key value stream mapping
  • Experience with SAP, GEARS, financial planning systems, or equivalent enterprise tools
  • Strong Interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and guide stakeholders through changes
  • Potential to take on greater responsibilities and drive strategic initiatives within the team
  • Able to develop a strategy and drive execution in a matrixed environment including risk mitigation plans
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally with Finance, Sourcing, and Supply Chain
  • Excellent communication and executive reporting capabilities
