About the role

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of newly won projects to identify risks and opportunities and establish execution-ready budgets
  • Develop legal entity structures for projects, manage transfer pricing agreements in coordination with Tax teams
  • Organize and lead cross-functional budget release meetings to ensure smooth ITO to OTR transitions
  • Set up new projects in the OTR tools and provide support to the project finance managers during the handover period
  • Participate in the feedback loop mechanisms with the Commercial teams to ensure process gaps get identified and fixed
  • Collaborate with HDGT Commercial Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Supply Chain, and OTR Finance to optimize project budgets and improve profitability
  • Perform quarterly root cause analysis on Estimate at Completion (EAC) variances, working with commercial teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence
  • Support financial analysis and process improvement initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Significant finance, accounting or audit experience with demonstrated growth over roles of increasing responsibility
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle from bid to execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
