About the role
- Develop detailed project plans specifying deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Identify project stakeholders and establish communication plans.
- Oversee daily project activities to ensure compliance with established plans.
- Coordinate team members for task assignment, prioritization, and progress tracking.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to the budget.
Requirements
- Master's degree minimum in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience managing system projects, preferably in a similar industry.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Fluent English required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
