About the role
- Ensure functional leadership and support of the procurement team in managing the contract lifecycle, including renewals and amendments.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process from purchase requisition through to payment.
- Ensure procurement activities are carried out efficiently, on time, and at optimized cost, in accordance with the SQDC philosophy.
- Manage the procurement budget with the procurement team in alignment with the program's financial objectives.
- Monitor budget performance and adjust actions as necessary to meet financial targets.
- Provide regular budget reporting to program management (monthly, quarterly, etc.) in line with company processes.
- Manage procurement scheduling to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align procurement activities with overall project schedules.
- Ensure suppliers meet contractual quality, delivery, and service level requirements.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks and opportunities related to procurement activities.
- Represent the procurement and sourcing function in cross-program projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sourcing or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with procurement tools and software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
