About the role

  • Ensure functional leadership and support of the procurement team in managing the contract lifecycle, including renewals and amendments.
  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process from purchase requisition through to payment.
  • Ensure procurement activities are carried out efficiently, on time, and at optimized cost, in accordance with the SQDC philosophy.
  • Manage the procurement budget with the procurement team in alignment with the program's financial objectives.
  • Monitor budget performance and adjust actions as necessary to meet financial targets.
  • Provide regular budget reporting to program management (monthly, quarterly, etc.) in line with company processes.
  • Manage procurement scheduling to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align procurement activities with overall project schedules.
  • Ensure suppliers meet contractual quality, delivery, and service level requirements.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate risks and opportunities related to procurement activities.
  • Represent the procurement and sourcing function in cross-program projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sourcing or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with procurement tools and software.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic vision and planning.
