Program manage a vendor support team of technical and functional experts

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
A minimum of 5 years of technical experience
Proven expertise in large-scale ERP Operations
Demonstrated customer focus
Demonstrated ability of working with senior-level stakeholders to define, lead, and implement process and tools strategy
Ability to develop partnerships with cross functional teams
Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
