About the role
- Drive standard work for Billing, Collections, Past Dues, POT %, disbursements to enable effective daily management from an FP&A standpoint (standardize the support to the Operating teams)
- Provides data driven, provocative analytics to challenge pacing, estimates and targets with operational drivers
- Continuous improvement mindset to driven incremental improvements & efficiencies in reporting
- Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
- Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline
- Significant experience of finance, accounting, or audit
- Fluent English knowledge is essential
- Good track record of working in cross-functional team and ability to deliver financial results
- Solid communication and analysis skills; change agent
