About the role

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the OFS transformation into the Talent Acquisition (TA) future state.
  • Lead operational project TA aspects in collaboration with People Ops and client HR teams.
  • Develop and implement offer structuring strategy aligned with HR transformation goals.
  • Assess and address potential unique change/transition impacts for OFS.
  • Engage subject matter experts to support change management, including branding and training.
  • Develop and execute communications and training plans for all stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate the transition of OFS TA into geographically aligned structures.
  • Develop plan for OFS TA knowledge transfer.
  • Drive project updates and maintain operational cadences to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Partner closely with region OFS resource operations teams.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Business Operations, and Project Management.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of Organizational Development (OD) and change management.
  • Familiarity with GE Vernova's TA processes and systems.
  • Prior exposure to OFS from an operational or HR perspective.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead decision-making in a complex matrix environment.
  • Experience with lean processes and standard work methodologies.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Financial acumen.
