About the role

Oversee and manage all aspects of the OFS transformation into the Talent Acquisition (TA) future state.
Lead operational project TA aspects in collaboration with People Ops and client HR teams.
Develop and implement offer structuring strategy aligned with HR transformation goals.
Assess and address potential unique change/transition impacts for OFS.
Engage subject matter experts to support change management, including branding and training.
Develop and execute communications and training plans for all stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate the transition of OFS TA into geographically aligned structures.
Develop plan for OFS TA knowledge transfer.
Drive project updates and maintain operational cadences to keep stakeholders informed.
Partner closely with region OFS resource operations teams.

Extensive experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Business Operations, and Project Management.
Proven experience in project management.
Knowledge of Organizational Development (OD) and change management.
Familiarity with GE Vernova's TA processes and systems.
Prior exposure to OFS from an operational or HR perspective.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead decision-making in a complex matrix environment.
Experience with lean processes and standard work methodologies.
Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Financial acumen.
