About the role
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the OFS transformation into the Talent Acquisition (TA) future state.
- Lead operational project TA aspects in collaboration with People Ops and client HR teams.
- Develop and implement offer structuring strategy aligned with HR transformation goals.
- Assess and address potential unique change/transition impacts for OFS.
- Engage subject matter experts to support change management, including branding and training.
- Develop and execute communications and training plans for all stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate the transition of OFS TA into geographically aligned structures.
- Develop plan for OFS TA knowledge transfer.
- Drive project updates and maintain operational cadences to keep stakeholders informed.
- Partner closely with region OFS resource operations teams.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Business Operations, and Project Management.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Knowledge of Organizational Development (OD) and change management.
- Familiarity with GE Vernova's TA processes and systems.
- Prior exposure to OFS from an operational or HR perspective.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead decision-making in a complex matrix environment.
- Experience with lean processes and standard work methodologies.
- Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Financial acumen.
