About the role

  • Accelerates the development of early career EPC and project management personnel through intensive training in technical and leadership skills.
  • Participate in the Project Management team in the Gas Power Business.
  • The program includes three eight-month rotational assignments with mandatory rotations in field / construction and scheduling.

Requirements

  • Graduates of the Project Management Experience Program (PMEP) are preferred.
  • Participants are expected to demonstrate a field desire.
  • Leadership skills necessary to fulfill both customer and business objectives.
