About the role
- Ensure financial health and strategic growth of the business
- Provide expert financial stewardship and manage financial risks at different phases/levels
- Establish business goals and align financial strategies with organizational goals
- Optimize resource allocation and foster sustainable profitability
- Partner with Pole CFOs and general managers for profitable growth
- Participate in business deal reviews and deal approval meetings
- Communicate business performance and identify growth accelerators
- Provide business performance analytics to highlight risks and opportunities
- Drive financial performance improvement initiatives
- Lead the pursuit of excellence in Controllership
- Provide analysis on capital expenditures, restructuring, and acquisitions
- Identify and develop regional finance talent
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in finance or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of finance experience in analytics, financial planning, and forecasting
- Experience leading finance teams
- Experience in Power Generation industry specifically servicing models
- Proven horizontal leadership, demonstrated with the ability to work with peers and stakeholders across multiple functions/organizations
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams through complex, detailed operating rigor
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Quality and cost driven
- Fluency in English and/or Italian required.
