About the role
- Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls
- Process simplification and operational excellence to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products or processes
- Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making
- Management of a team covering the range of DAWs within the Controllership family
- Presents business solutions to leaders in functional area
- Influences policy and ensures delivery within own function
- Leads others to find creative solutions to complex problems
Requirements
- Significant experience in Finance & Controllership Management for roles outside of the USA
- Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree or a high school diploma with relevant experience
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college for roles in USA or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
