About the role
- You will lead the Construction & Commissioning (C&C) function at a global level.
- You will ensure that Regions have the right skills, resources, processes and tools to execute projects (HVDC, FACTS, ACS, Services) safely, with quality, on schedule and within budget.
- You will drive operational excellence, capability development and competitiveness of the C&C teams.
- Define, deploy and continuously improve standard C&C processes and solutions.
- Manage central C&C and COE teams and coordinate the network of regional Construction teams.
- Drive the resource strategy (planning, recruitment, training, subcontracting).
- Define and deploy C&C tools in collaboration with the Regions and digital/DT teams.
- Monitor overall C&C performance (Safety, Quality, OTD, costs, competitiveness) and allocate resources across Regions.
- Promote a strong EHS culture across all sites.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience managing turnkey projects and/or construction, ideally in power networks / energy / renewables.
- Proven experience in a matrixed, international environment with leadership through influence.
- Strong strategic, organizational and planning capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team orientation and ability to build networks.
