About the role
- Demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives regarding the structural response of the Reactor
- Integrates and develops technologies, application methodologies and supporting processes that meet business needs across the organization
- Focus on streamlining work processes associated with plant analysis processes
- Establish criteria, methodologies and processes consistent with regulatory criteria and regulatory guidelines
- Validate / Establish processes and procedures to ensure high quality work execution for ‘First of a Kind’, ‘First in a While’ activities
- Provide technical consultation to cross-functional teams throughout the business to improve or resolve manufacturing, product center, supplier, or field issues
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- At least 8 additional years of experience in an engineering capacity
- At least 10 years cumulative knowledge of dynamic modeling and analysis
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership in defining the state of the art in at least one aspect of transient / dynamic simulations
- Ability to organize, plan and lead large scale implementations across multiple functional teams
