About the role

  • Lead the development, validation, and execution of thermal and structural (FEA) simulations
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support new and existing product designs through advanced modeling techniques
  • Develop and implement strategies for digitalization of the design process, integrating simulation into the overall product lifecycle
  • Mentor and coach simulation team members, providing technical guidance and conducting regular reviews
  • Analyze data from physical testing and simulations to validate models and improve prediction accuracy
  • Ensure simulation practices align with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in an engineering discipline
  • Proven experience in thermal, fluid, and structural (FEA) simulations
  • Proficiency with simulation tools such as ANSYS, Fluent, or similar platforms
  • Experience with data acquisition systems and analysis of experimental results
  • Understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and structural mechanics
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams is highly desirable.
