About the role
- Provide commercial organizations with technical and commercial proposals for opportunities within their scope.
- Analyze a client's technical and commercial specifications, develop a technical solution, calculate the costs of that solution, assess risks, define a bidding strategy and a delivery model, and establish a legal framework.
- Support sales teams during clarification and negotiation phases.
- Support operational teams on proposals that have been prepared or handed over.
- Ensure compliance with processes defined by Grid Solutions "Policy 5.0" and Grid Automation "GE EC GS GA S&T" for opportunities within their scope.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of the Estimating team’s pricing tools.
- Keep your knowledge up to date (technical, commercial, legal) for tender preparation.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficiency in both English and French is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in protection and control of high-voltage/medium-voltage substations.
- Strong technical knowledge of the "Network/Substation" environment: digital protection and control, supervision, asset management and OT cybersecurity.
- Good knowledge of cost calculation and project budget estimation.
- Rigorous project risk analysis and management.
- Good knowledge of project scheduling/planning.
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple bids in parallel.
