About the role
- Collect and challenge I/C (Information & Consultation) data
- Prepare presentation materials
- Lead negotiations under an HR mandate
- Manage relations with the CSSCT (Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee) and trade unions
- Provide expertise and carry out controls/audits (URSSAF - organization responsible for collecting social security and family benefit contributions)
- Manage disputes related to collective bargaining agreements
- Coordinate with labor authorities
- Drive negotiations and ensure follow-up with trade unions
- Partner with legal entity leaders
- Organize regular meetings with the CSE (Works Council / Social and Economic Committee)
- Manage establishments, training activities and coordinate meetings
- Produce and communicate mandatory reports (e.g., gender equality, disability)
Requirements
- Business knowledge (with orientation toward global/regional partners) and knowledge of collective bargaining agreements
- Fluency in the local language
- Expertise in labor relations
