About the role

  • Collect and challenge I/C (Information & Consultation) data
  • Prepare presentation materials
  • Lead negotiations under an HR mandate
  • Manage relations with the CSSCT (Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee) and trade unions
  • Provide expertise and carry out controls/audits (URSSAF - organization responsible for collecting social security and family benefit contributions)
  • Manage disputes related to collective bargaining agreements
  • Coordinate with labor authorities
  • Drive negotiations and ensure follow-up with trade unions
  • Partner with legal entity leaders
  • Organize regular meetings with the CSE (Works Council / Social and Economic Committee)
  • Manage establishments, training activities and coordinate meetings
  • Produce and communicate mandatory reports (e.g., gender equality, disability)

Requirements

  • Business knowledge (with orientation toward global/regional partners) and knowledge of collective bargaining agreements
  • Fluency in the local language
  • Expertise in labor relations
