About the role

  • Drive the strategic financial planning cycle (monthly forecasts, quarterly outlooks, annual operating plan, long-range plan) by delivering executive-ready insights and action-oriented recommendations.
  • Translate key business drivers and leading indicators into scenarios and sensitivity analyses that inform resource allocation, pricing/mix decisions, and service contract profitability.
  • Quantify and manage risks and opportunities across revenue, margin, and cash; recommend mitigation and upside actions with clear owners, timelines, and expected impact.
  • Partner with commercial and operations leaders to pressure-test assumptions, align on KPIs, and frame trade-offs that protect margin and cash while enabling growth and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of significant experience of finance, accounting, or audit
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience of finance, accounting, or audit
  • EU work permit if contracted in Italy
  • Fluency in English and/or Italian if contracted in Italy
  • Non-national candidates in Spain must have EU Work Permit, NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain at the time of start hiring.
