Technical Program Manager

• Manage processes, contract resources, and systems to execute $ 40 MM+ annual software purchase/renewal scope for Gas Power and other GE Vernova businesses.
• Review and approve vendor management requests (VMRs) to enable 250+ annual Purchase Orders.
• Help resolve issues or roadblocks preventing timely renewals.
• Work with Finance to maintain accurate financial pacing and liquidation details for chargeback to Gas Power Engineering and other business units.
• Drive annual budgeting process for software scope.
• Champion continuous improvement and cost out efforts.
• Identify and execute process and system improvements for software asset management.
• Find and track opportunities for software cost reduction.
