About the role

  • Responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives.
  • Provide technical and solution support to the direct sales team across the GE Vernova - Electrification Software - Grid Software Portfolio - Transmission and Distribution Applications, from the GridOS Portfolio.
  • Primarily focused on Advanced Energy (AEMS) and Distribution Management Systems (ADMS).
  • Promote the business benefits related to the adoption of the GridOS solutions primarily focused on Saudi Arabia and also across the Middle East Region as required.
  • High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Power Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience of Transmission and Distribution Grid Applications, within a utility or similar business to GE Vernova Electrification Software business.
  • Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
  • 5 years relevant experience within a customer facing role (for example services or commercial sectors).
  • Amazon AWS Cloud Practioner or Azure Equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a client facing role.
  • Ability to converse in Arabic to a business level.
  • Interest in the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the grid sector.
