About the role

Requirements
- Electrical engineering expertise: You hold a bachelor’s, master’s or diploma degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering with a specialization in electrical engineering (ideally with a focus on electrical power engineering), or an equivalent qualification.
- Language skills: You are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level). You can read and understand contracts in both languages.
- Project management as a career path: You have initial experience managing projects or subprojects, preferably in the engineering and construction of turnkey high-voltage switchgear and substations.
- Fast learner: You have a very good aptitude for learning and can quickly familiarize yourself with processes, software and tools.
- Certified project management: You are pursuing or have achieved certification through PMI, IPMA or a comparable organization.
- Aspiring team leadership: You can envision leading interdisciplinary teams with multiple interfaces and a strong local project component in the long term.
- Forward-looking risk management: You welcome managing projects or subprojects with significant financial, technical and commercial risk.
- Flexible and mobile: You are willing to work on short notice at different locations or construction sites and to travel within Europe and worldwide.
