About the role
- The responsibility of the Senior Engineer BoP Execution within Mech CoE BoP team will be initially focused on driving discussions with Project team and customer from projects to close backlog on Taiwan projects with minimum support from engineering team.
- This leader also serves as the team’s tactical focal point, ensuring execution excellence with analysis, design studies, drawings, specifications and customer technical issue resolution for BOP and HEX team.
- This position enables growth in technical breadth, strengthening of project management skills, and exposure to coaching and mentoring other engineers.
- It is also envisioned that this engineer will drive continuous improvement activities within BOP and Chemistry team as well as HEX team.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical degree
- Strong experience in BoP
- Significant experience in Engineering activities in Thermal power plant technology and in project management position within multi-discipline international teams.
- Experience in Taiwan projects is a plus.
- Good understanding of Mechanical and Heat Exchanger Equipment design.
- Project execution and project management experience and record of excellent project execution
- Fluent in English
