About the role
- Lead fulfillment handoff engineer for HMI, Networking, and Cyber responsible for taking new products from the NPI development team
- Convey essential information required to fulfill on the product to the fulfillment teams
- Work with technical leaders and system architects supporting next generation developments in critical customer infrastructure
- Promote requisition readiness by ensuring proper artifacts are in place for ITO/application engineering & fulfillment
- Serve as a point of contact for technical questions and guidance around new product introductions
- Work with Technical Leaders, System Architects, and Product Owners to develop documentation and processes
- Active mentorship of technologists lending experience/knowledge to help guide deployments
- Serve as a member in the Scaled Agile Framework defining the handoff scope
- Coordinate and lead training for domestic and global fulfillment teams on new product developments
- Develop and maintain standard work for successful manufacturing of products
- Manage multiple product handoffs concurrently
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Science in a “STEM” major from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an industrial control engineering capacity with a focus on hardware and software product development
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in development focused on Power controls platform, HMI, & network solutions
- Knowledge of VMWare ESXi Hypervisor, Proficy Cimplicity, Networking, and Cyber Security principles
- Knowledge of the Gas Power Controls fulfillment processes
- Experience with HMI, Networking, and Cybersecurity systems manufacturing processes
- Ability to influence others and create a cohesive group
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to succeed in a global team environment
