About the role
- Serve as the single point of technical leadership and accountability for the assigned GTG product line
- Own the technical strategy, risk management, and execution for the product lifecycle
- Lead large, cross-functional and cross-business teams
- Collaborate inclusively with Product Service Engineering and Gas Turbine Engineering
- Provide technical leadership in field issue resolution
- Define scope, schedule, cost, and risk mitigation plans
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- Significant technical experience in gas turbine, accessories, plant, or controls engineering
- Strong knowledge of gas turbine equipment with demonstrated technical capability
- Practical experience with Aeroderivative product development
- High emotional intelligence with ability to seek feedback and adapt leadership style
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
