About the role
- Manage delivery and cost of the Project through proactive risk & opportunity management
- Attend all Readiness Release, Advance Release, and Full Release Meetings led by ITO.
- Review the Key Handover Documents with the PM & CM.
- Assemble the project team at launch to introduce the cross-functional team members.
- Conduct an IPM Execution Strategy Meeting during Launch.
- Lead weekly IPM meetings with the Project Team members
- Support the PM & CM with the latest risk action plans and updates.
- Create disciplined change management process and reporting.
- Work with the Project & cross-functional team to follow through on the Project's Cost Out initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of cross-functional business experience with operational and/or project management experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and succeed in a cross-functional matrix environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, resolve problems, and deliver results
- Passion for details and ‘can do’ approach
- Thorough competency in Microsoft Office Tools
- Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt / Master Black Belt Certification or equivalent quality certification
- PMP / PMU certification
- Candidate must currently reside in the USA and must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.
