About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting the delivery of consultancy services across a portfolio of heat network projects
Involvement in technical analysis, modelling, reporting, and client engagement activities
Contribute to a wide variety of projects including new heat network developments, optimisation of existing systems, and decarbonisation strategies
Liaising with clients on day-to-day project activities
Producing draft technical reports, design outputs, and supporting documentation
Supporting the development and maintenance of models, tools, and templates
Assisting with site visits and surveys under guidance from senior engineers
Managing elements of funding applications and general project administration

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 years’ direct experience in relevant engineering heat network role
A degree in Mechanical, Building Services, Energy Engineering, or a similar discipline
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word
Ability to interpret schematics and engineering drawings
Experience with AutoCAD, referable but not required
