About the role
- Learn to monitor prepayment credit performance using exception reports and BI analytics tools
- Analyse heat network performance data to identify properties that need attention
- Help assess and prioritise issues based on urgency and impact
- Coordinate appointment bookings through Customer Service for property visits
- Help create clear briefings for Field Service engineers
- Track progress on active cases using our Jira systems
- Support monthly reporting that goes to clients and senior management
- Work closely with experienced team members to develop your technical knowledge and business understanding
- Build mutually beneficial relationships across Customer Service, Field Services, and Client Account Management teams
- Learn about debt management, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to identifying patterns that may suggest new service opportunities or improvements
- Share insights and learnings with the team to help everyone improve
Requirements
- GCSEs including English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Strong numeracy and comfortable working with data/spreadsheets
- Good communication skills
- Interest in energy, sustainability, or environmental issues
- A-Levels, university degree, or relevant vocational qualifications (desirable)
- Any experience with data analysis or reporting (desirable)
- Internship, apprenticeship, or part-time work experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of energy sector or environmental sustainability (desirable)
- Experience using project management or tracking systems (desirable)
