About the role

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Supporting the business with customer communications and material – B2C.
  • Perform market analysis and research to identify product, service, and market gaps.
  • Collaborate with external agencies (creative, PR, SEO, web, design) to deliver marketing initiatives.
  • Design basic marketing and comms materials in line with brand guidelines.
  • Create and proofread compelling content for digital platforms, including website, blogs, social media, email, and video.
  • Manage and optimise social media channels to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate webinars, events, and exhibitions from planning to execution.
  • Maintain and update CRM and customer databases.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Ensure all activity aligns with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Play a role in understanding the evolving needs of customers across multiple sectors.
  • Support and manage internal company events and the marketing department SharePoint.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years’ B2B marketing experience.
  • Degree in Marketing or related field; CIM Level 4 qualification (or working towards).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns and third-party agencies.
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, CRM systems, and social media management.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools; experience with WordPress and HubSpot desirable.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-driven approach.
  • Great work ethic and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with marketing programmes and social media platforms.
  • Experience and skill with MS Office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
