About the role
- Lead procurement activities for OFCI equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and modular systems.
- Execute sourcing strategies aligned to construction forecasts and category plans.
- Run competitive sourcing events and negotiate pricing, lead times, and service terms.
- Manage supplier relationships, including performance tracking and issue resolution.
- Support development of should-cost models and drive cost improvement efforts.
- Partner with Design and Construction teams to align specifications and project milestones.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Execution to support equipment delivery and inventory programs.
- Identify supply risks related to capacity, logistics, or obsolescence and support mitigation plans.
- Support OFCI capital budget tracking and value engineering initiatives.
- Ensure sourcing activities comply with internal policy and contract standards.
- Provide clear updates on cost, delivery status, and supplier performance to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Experience sourcing mechanical, electrical, or construction-related equipment.
- Demonstrated success negotiating commercial terms and supplier agreements.
- Experience supporting capital projects or infrastructure programs.
- Strong analytical skills, including cost analysis and contract review.
