- Provide leadership for Oracle Fusion ERP technical support, managing customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Lead design and development of extensions, reports, and interfaces.
- Manage support team for incident resolution and requests.
- Oversee release management, patch testing, and Oracle updates.
- Collaborate with functional leads to deliver enhancements.
- Ensure documentation, knowledge base, and runbooks are maintained.
- Implement SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
- Serve as escalation point for critical incidents.
Requirements
- 10+ years ERP technical experience (Fusion, EBS, or equivalent).
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP tools (OIC, BIP, OTBI, VBCS, APEX).
- Experience with Oracle SaaS updates, testing automation, and DevOps practices.
- Strong leadership and vendor management.
- Understanding of ITIL service management.
- Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- ITIL certification preferred.
