About the role
- Take responsibility for the stability and performance of client environments (SaaS and on-premise).
- Operate and continuously improve our cloud-based and on-premise client production systems.
- Support deployments, releases, and monitoring across cloud environments.
- Analyse incidents and collaborate with development teams to ensure reliable solutions.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality technical services.
- Develop your expertise in cloud operations, automation, and supportable system architectures.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or relevant industry experience.
- A solid IT background and some hands-on experience with software maintenance.
- Familiarity with Linux and scripting.
- Ability to understand code written in various programming languages.
- Interest in working with our tech stack items.
- Fluent in German and English (both verbal & written communication).
- Eligible to live and work in Switzerland.
