About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent the client/owner in complex building and infrastructure projects related to data centers and telephone exchanges
- Manage quality, schedules and costs across all SIA phases
- Serve as the interface to general/turnkey contractors, specialist planners, internal departments and management
- Develop sustainable, energy‑efficient sites
- Prepare and manage tenders and contract awards, including risk and claims management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree (FH/HF) in building automation, refrigeration/HVAC or electrical engineering, plus further training in project management
- Solid construction and project management expertise across all SIA phases, including cost and schedule controlling
- Experience with tendering and contract awarding, construction and contract law
- Practical experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital project tools, as well as experience in large-scale projects or special-purpose buildings
- Strong interface and coordination skills in complex construction projects
- Technical understanding with a focus on building construction; quality- and solution-oriented
- Communicative, reliable and assertive in dealings with partners and contractors
- Excellent German and good French; English is an advantage
