- Excellent negotiation and communication skills at management level
- Strategic and conceptual thinker with strong commercial acumen
- Experience leading and motivating senior teams
- High credibility, reliability and a servant-leadership mentality
- Solid knowledge of contract management and finance
- Experience with public sector / government customers
