About the role

  • You are responsible for driving revenue growth in the ICT area and expanding the partner channel.
  • Together with our partners, you identify opportunities and close deals.
  • In close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, you drive solutions and services forward.
  • You develop partner companies strategically and operationally and lay the foundation for independent sales.
  • You act as the interface between partners and business units and ensure target achievement.
  • Together with Partner Account Management and Partner Support, you build and manage a high-performing partner portfolio.
  • You identify, acquire, and activate new partners according to the partner strategy, strengthening collaboration and revenue across the entire channel.
  • You ensure that partners have the necessary expertise, the right skills, and efficient processes to achieve agreed business goals.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in an indirect sales model or in building partner networks
  • Experience in managing and developing partner companies and networks
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, partner strategies, and business models in a B2B environment
  • Degree (University/FH/HF) in Business Administration or Business Informatics; further training in sales, business development, or partner management is an advantage
  • High personal accountability, initiative, and strong execution orientation
  • Communicative, persuasive, and able to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic, well-connected, and goal-oriented
  • Very good German and English; French is an advantage
