About the role

  • Design and develop business-critical backend applications in close collaboration with stakeholders and analysts.
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement and optimization of platforms and solutions.
  • Active member of an interdisciplinary Scrum team.
  • Contribute technical expertise on architectural decisions and technical challenges.
  • Take a central role in internalizing the technical know-how of external partners.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in backend development.
  • Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, BPMN, REST services (OpenAPI), DevOps (Jenkins, Maven), Docker/Kubernetes, AMQP (RabbitMQ), Grafana, Kibana, MSSQL.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud Services and Camunda (ideal).
  • Very good German and English skills (at least B2/C1).
  • Residence in Switzerland (Swiss citizen or holder of a Swiss work permit).
