About the role

  • Develop and maintain policies, standards and tools for information security.
  • Advise subject matter experts, engineers and other stakeholders on implementing security requirements in projects and operations.
  • Analyze, assess and accompany risks and support the selection of appropriate measures.
  • Prepare technical vulnerabilities and risks in an audience-appropriate manner and communicate them clearly to different target groups.
  • Support internal IT security audits and track remediation measures.
  • Contribute to the further development of the policy framework.
  • Support the development and implementation of the security roadmap.
  • Actively participate in security initiatives and cross-functional topics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education with a focus on IT
  • Certifications in information security such as CRISC, CISA, CISSP
  • Interest in information security and ideally initial experience in cyber security or IT risk
  • Knowledge of common security standards and frameworks such as NIST or PCI DSS, or motivation to quickly deepen your knowledge in these areas
  • Ability to structure regulatory and technical topics well and explain them clearly
  • Independent working style, solution-oriented thinking and willingness to contribute your own ideas
  • Comfortable collaborating with different teams and communicating in German and English (spoken and written, level C1)
  • Required work permit or eligibility to work in Switzerland.
