About the role
- Collaborate with Regional Sales / Key Account Managers to assess customer demand (Forecast Management) and prepare compelling offers – and proactively follow up on them
- Act as the central interface between Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance, and customers – coordinating processes and ensuring smooth communication
- Use Salesforce daily for accurate order entry, forecasting, and customer data management
- Establish first contact with potential customers – proactively identifying opportunities and building relationships
- Be the go-to person for our customers, handling their requests quickly, professionally, and with empathy
Requirements
- Completed commercial training and/or a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field with 1–3 years’ experience in an international environment
- Communicative and customer-oriented mindset – you enjoy connecting with people and supporting them
- Proactive, independent, and reliable personality with a flair for teamwork
- Creative problem-solver who likes to bring in fresh ideas
- Passion for technology and innovation – eager to learn and grow with us
- Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
