About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will support the Partner Success Management team in managing our partners after contract signing

  • Depending on your engagement and performance, you may have the opportunity to take early responsibility for specific areas and actively contribute to the partner experience
  • You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Event teams and gain direct insight into the organization of one of Switzerland’s largest startup events

  • Collect and coordinate content (e.g., logos, content, speaker information)
  • Contribute to coordinating and delivering the agreed services
  • Support planning and execution of partner activities before the event

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You regularly attend events or help organize them as a participant, volunteer, or as part of your studies/association
  • You are interested in the mechanics behind B2B relationships — how partners are acquired, maintained and expanded
  • You actively follow the startup scene — via newsletters, events, LinkedIn or similar channels
  • You complete tasks through to the end, even when they become more complex than planned
  • Strong communication skills in German and English — both languages are used daily in this role with partners and internally
  • Experience independently coordinating multiple tasks at once (study, part-time job, association work or similar counts)
  • You raise issues early before they become problems — proactively report delays, uncertainties or misunderstandings
