About the role
- Acquire new sponsors and partners
- Manage and expand existing partnerships
- Develop attractive sponsorship packages and partner strategies
- Reporting and pipeline management (HubSpot)
- Collaborate with executive management, events and marketing teams
- Lead a small team of volunteers
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, partner or sponsorship management (ideally with large-scale events, nationally-reaching events, or startups/innovation)
- Passion for networking, innovation and entrepreneurship
- Confident, personable presence and enthusiasm for sales
- Excellent German and English skills (Swiss German required)
- Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus)
- Service- and customer-oriented mindset
