About the role

  • Acquire new sponsors and partners
  • Manage and expand existing partnerships
  • Develop attractive sponsorship packages and partner strategies
  • Reporting and pipeline management (HubSpot)
  • Collaborate with the executive team, events and marketing teams
  • Lead a small team of volunteers

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, partner, or sponsorship management (ideally in large-scale events, nationally broadcast events, or startups/innovation)
  • Passion for networking, innovation, and entrepreneurship
  • A confident, personable manner and enthusiasm for sales
  • Excellent German and English skills (Swiss German mandatory)
  • Strong organisational skills and a sense of responsibility
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Service- and customer-oriented
