About the role
- Acquire new sponsors and partners
- Manage and expand existing partnerships
- Develop attractive sponsorship packages and partner strategies
- Reporting and pipeline management (HubSpot)
- Collaborate with the executive team, events and marketing teams
- Lead a small team of volunteers
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, partner, or sponsorship management (ideally in large-scale events, nationally broadcast events, or startups/innovation)
- Passion for networking, innovation, and entrepreneurship
- A confident, personable manner and enthusiasm for sales
- Excellent German and English skills (Swiss German mandatory)
- Strong organisational skills and a sense of responsibility
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Service- and customer-oriented
