About the role

  • Design and build end-to-end analytics solutions in Palantir Foundry
  • Develop scalable PySpark data pipelines
  • Create user-facing web apps using Workshop and TypeScript
  • Act as technical lead on initiatives, translating business needs into robust designs
  • Improve architecture, performance, data quality, and developer experience
  • Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment

Requirements

  • Senior level experience in data engineering or analytics
  • Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing, ELT, and cloud data architecture
  • Comfortable leading by example and mentoring others
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience building applications with JavaScript or TypeScript (nice to have)
  • Palantir Foundry experience (nice to have)
  • (Re)Insurance or financial domain knowledge (nice to have)
  • Experience with Generative AI and/or Natural Language Processing (nice to have)
