Analyze data in R across products and markets to assess portfolio performance and emerging trends
Develop and maintain experience studies that support best estimate assumptions and valuation inputs
Ensure data quality and consistency across studies and reporting frameworks
Collaborate cross-functionally with pricing, valuation, client markets, and portfolio steering teams to align insights
Promote and share findings clearly to stakeholders and decision-makers
Participate in global initiatives to harmonize experience analysis practices and share insights across regions
Ensure compliance with global experience governance standards, methods, and process requirements

Requirements

Qualified actuary with 2-7 years of experience in either L&H reinsurance or primary insurance
Prior experience with Python and/or R
Understanding and knowledge of L&H insurance products
Strong documentation and governance mindset
Excellent communication skills, including ability to present and discuss results with clients and internal stakeholders
Written and verbal proficiency in English is required
Additional languages like German, French, Italian, Dutch or any other European languages are an asset
