About the role

  • Support key underwriting governance activities and contribute to initiatives that improve operations across P&C Re business
  • Analyze processes, enhance frameworks, and help embed underwriting standards
  • Manage topics related to Underwriting Standards, including preparing assessments and coordinating change requests
  • Design and maintain documentation, guidelines, and materials that support underwriting governance
  • Contribute to Learning & Development initiatives by developing content, gathering feedback, and leading rollout activities
  • Collaborate with Lines of Business and other stakeholders to ensure consistent application of underwriting standards and processes

Requirements

  • 1-3 years' experience in re-/insurance, Underwriting, Governance, risk, or a related analytical role
  • Basic understanding of UW tasks, reinsurance wordings, underwriting processes (or strong motivation to learn)
  • Good analytical skills and comfortable working with data to support insights and decisions
  • Strong communication and collaboration with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance
  • Business fluency in English
