- Accountable for the underwriting performance and profitable growth of Specialty reinsurance portfolio
- Lead the Specialty business across various sectors
- Set direction and make underwriting decisions
- Monitor portfolio performance and intervene when necessary
- Define and own the global Specialty strategy
- Build relationships with clients and brokers
- Lead and develop a community of underwriters
Requirements
- Extensive senior executive leadership experience
- Proven track record across underwriting and portfolio management
- Ability to lead diverse teams across geographies
- Deep understanding of underwriting governance and risk management
- Strong strategic judgement and commercial acumen
- Must be fluent in English; additional languages desired
