About the role
- Drive divisional communication activities including newsletters and announcements
- Organize and coordinate divisional meetings and conferences
- Support personnel planning and organizational administration
- Ensure completion of HR processes
- Lead records and document management initiatives
- Act as single point of contact for divisional SharePoint maintenance
- Coordinate Finance Knowledge Exchange sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in relevant operational roles
- Experience in insurance, reinsurance, financial services industry or consulting
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience in structuring and preparing presentations tailored to specific audiences
