Continuous development of the Microsoft 365 core platform including identifying, evaluating, and deploying new platform capabilities, processes, and solutions to meet security and compliance requirements
Design, architect, implement and operate Microsoft 365 and Workplace GenAI security and compliance controls that grow with emerging risks and fulfill SwissRe standards
Ensure best practice around risk management within the Digital Workplace
Assist in third level support cases interfacing both with Microsoft and internal teams
Drive operational excellence and automation, as well as security policy improvements with the Swiss Re security teams and internal partners
Support us to continuously improve our M365 platform and Exchange messaging service including creation of run books, training and knowledge transfer
Continuously upskill, improve procedures and share knowledge

Requirements

Expert knowledge of M365 platform and services, particularly Exchange, including related security and compliance capabilities such as Microsoft Purview
Strong development and automation skills
Good working knowledge of Azure, Networking, data analytics and visualisation
Good working knowledge, and ideally governance, of Workplace GenAI platforms like Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise
Good understanding of underlying components in the space of Identity and Access Management, Entra ID as well as authorization and authentication concepts
Fluent English and good communication skills at all levels of the organisation
Experience in a global enterprise, preferably with experience in the insurance and financial sector (Nice to have)
Experience with eDiscovery, Compliance Capture and Risk Management methodology (Nice to have)
Experience working in agile SCRUM methodology (Nice to have)
