Collaborate with Product Managers to collect, maintain, and understand business requirements
Translate complex business terminology into technical language and vice versa
Create clear, concise requirements and acceptance criteria that are unambiguous, complete, consistent, and verifiable
Master data models and their business context through deep understanding
Own the end-to-end data cycle process with accountability and precision
Transform raw data into actionable reports and visualizations that meet business goals
Analyze data proactively to identify problems, answer key questions, and develop quantitative and qualitative insights

Requirements

Previous experience with business analysis and requirements engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Knowledge of tools needed for data analysis and management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical audiences
Ability to work with tight deadlines, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing organizational objectives
Confidence in presenting applications/demos to internal and external stakeholders
Exposure to agile development approaches (e.g., Scrum) and familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps or Confluence
Experience in the Re-/Insurance industry (nice to have)
Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses in business processes and suggest areas for improvement (nice to have)
Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques (nice to have)
Experience with data governance and quality management (nice to have)
Background in stakeholder management across different organizational levels (nice to have)
